Happy First Anniversary, Shaina and Brandon! We can’t believe it’s been a year already since your beautiful, romantic, timeless wedding at Sodo Park in Seattle! The couple had plans to celebrate their wedding in 2020 but like so many needed to wait a year for this fun and beautiful day. And a beautiful day it was: Shaina, together with her mom Jackie, envisioned a warm, inviting, and timeless wedding at Sodo Park in Seattle and this venue offered the perfect space for their wedding in all white, with lots of greenery, and warm candle light.

A Timeless Color Palette for a Timeless Wedding

We love a white and green wedding as is timeless and classic. White floral mixed with lots of lush greenery will always look good and we love the addition of the tall pampas grass into the ceremony arch design: it gave the arch an edgy touch. More than 200 candles throughout the venue, along the aisle, by the entrance and all the tables gave the space a warm and inviting feel for this November wedding.

The Wedding Reception

For the wedding reception we designed a mix of tall and low centerpieces in all white and green” white roses, white hydrangea, white stock and lisianthus was used to create organic garden-style designs. And of course, the candle light gave each table a warm glow. We love the addition of the white ceiling and wall drapes: it gives the space a softer and more romantic feel.
