The Seattle Convention Center was transformed for this modern speakeasy themed party. We designed many statement arrangements around the bars to really elevate the theme and bring more wild and natural elements into the mix. Lush tropical arrangements decorated each corner of the multiple bars around the venue. The modern speakeasy florals were designed with large monstera leaves, curving branches, bright red anthuriums, cascading moss, and white feathers. The white feathers were a real throwback to the 1920’s, the peak of the speakeasy era. The red uplighting and curtains really changed the rooms ambiance. Hit Play Agency did an amazing job envisioning and transforming the space, creating the perfect backdrop for us to create these modern speakeasy florals at The Seattle Convention Center.
Modern Speakeasy Florals at The Seattle Convention Center
With abundant amounts of soft seating around the venue, we made multiple types of arrangements to go with each one. We designed arrangement with red florals for all of the coffee tables and paired them with our antique gold votives to tie in the colors. Adding bud vases to the cocktail tables allowed them to also have an element of the design. We made modern speakeasy florals for the round tables by making two types of centerpieces. One centerpiece style was lush vibrant red floral arrangements in antique gold vases. The other style was tall feather centerpieces to really tie in the speakeasy theme.
We loved designing this corporate event and we are happy we got to be part of the incredible vendor team. Lexus Gallegos captured the arrangements and the events ambiance perfectly. The new and renovated Seattle Convention Center is a great venue for such large events.
