The Four Seasons Seattle is known for its timeless sophistication, and on this summer day, it truly shines as the backdrop for a blush summer wedding in Seattle. An abundant floral arch, designed on a modern lucite structure, creates a striking focal point that paired beautifully with the venue’s floor-to-ceiling windows. Natural light poured into the space, highlighting sweeping views of the city skyline and Elliott Bay—adding a distinctly Pacific Northwest feel. The venue’s neutral palette allowed the blush details to take center stage, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere that felt intimate despite the grand setting.

A Summer Celebration With Sweet Details And An Elegant Reception

Summer in Seattle can be unpredictable, but this day delivered the best of the season. Gentle sunshine, mild temperatures, and that unmistakable summer energy set the tone for a joyful celebration for a blush summer wedding in Seattle. Guests enjoyed cocktails highlighted by petite floral creations with waterfront views before moving into an evening featuring a spectacular sweetheart table utilizing the lucite arch backdrop overflowing with blush summer flowers.

As the sun dipped lower and the city lights began to sparkle, the reception transformed into an unforgettable party. Grand Floral Ceiling Installations for Weddings and Events

Ohhh, a floral ceiling? Instant magic. ✨ It’s one of those design choices that quietly says this is not an ordinary event the moment people walk in.

We love designing grand floral ceiling installations! Especially for weddings. And this is a 2026 trend that will stick around this coming year. The impact of a ceiling installations can not be underestimated – it adds drama and the event instantly feels elevated (literally and emotionally).

Columbia Winery ceiling is designed by Seattle florist with ceiling installations of wisteria, making it resemble a floral sky.

Following are some examples of more dramatic ceiling designs – these installations above the dance floor or above the head table included a combination of flowers, greenery, hanging candles, and lanterns. True show stoppers!

Very often we simply use lush greenery vines to bring an organic feel to your event space. Overhead greenery visually lowers tall ceilings and softens hard architecture. The space feels cozier, more romantic, more intentional.

A Wedding at Rainier Club Seattle

We were honored to design this stunning wedding ceremony for Claire & Luke at the historic Rainier Club in Seattle. The ceremony arch and aisle were like a walk to forever through florals, candlelight and autumn warmth. With the extra added highlight of a dramatic mirrored aisle runner.

The Heartfelt Ceremony at A Wedding at Rainier Club Seattle

The wedding ceremony at the historic Rainier Club in Seattle was a stunning blend of romance and refined fall elegance. Guests were welcomed into a space glowing with clusters of warm candlelight, creating an intimate atmosphere that felt both timeless and inviting. A mirrored aisle runner reflected the soft light and surrounding florals. It added a sense of depth and quiet drama as the couple made their way toward one another.

At the altar, an abundant fall floral arch framed the moment beautifully. We designed with layers of mocha, blush, terracotta, and subtle mustard-hued roses, accented by seasonal foliage and locally grown dahlias. The rich, earthy palette complemented the club’s historic interiors while celebrating the warmth of the season. Together, the thoughtful design and meaningful setting created a ceremony that felt romantic, elevated, and unmistakably Seattle. It was an unforgettable beginning to the celebration that followed.

An Evening of Rich Fall Hues, Candlelit Tables, and Floral Abundance

The wedding reception at The Rainier Club in Seattle unfolded as a romantic celebration steeped in rich fall tones and timeless elegance. Each tabletop was thoughtfully styled with an elegant mix of taper candles set in glass chimneys and clusters of glowing hurricane candles. The candles cast a soft, golden light across the room. Floral design played with height and abundance, featuring lush low arrangements in compote vessels alongside dramatic tall centerpieces displayed on gold stands. This layered approach created visual interest while maintaining an intimate atmosphere for guests.

From the first toast to the final dance, the evening felt refined yet heartfelt. Therefore a perfect reflection of the couple and a stunning example of how The Rainier Club transforms into a truly unforgettable fall wedding reception.

A Glamorous White Bat Mitzvah at Lotte Hotel Seattle

We had the privilege of designing the florals for a truly spectacular celebration—a glamorous white Bat Mitzvah at Lotte Hotel Seattle. This stunning event showcased how elegant white florals can transform a venue into a sophisticated winter wonderland.

The design vision centered on creating a luxurious atmosphere using pristine white roses and hydrangeas paired with metallic silver accents. As guests entered through the dramatic balloon corridor, they were immediately transported into an enchanted space.

White Floral Winter Wonderland

Our floral installations included show-stopping elements throughout the ballroom. Oversized white rose and hydrangea spheres suspended from illuminated geometric frames for the celebration. These hanging installations added vertical dimension and drama to the grand space at Lotte Hotel Seattle.

For the table designs, we created a mix of centerpiece styles. Tall arrangements featuring white roses and hydrangeas in clear cylinder vases brought height and elegance to some tables, while lower arrangements in mercury glass vessels provided intimate conversation spaces at others. The combination of textures—from glossy petals to shimmering metallics—caught the light beautifully throughout the evening.

The custom stage design were positioned strategically around modern lounge furniture and personalized signage, creating the perfect backdrop for this milestone celebration. We carefully chose every floral element to complement the venue’s architectural beauty. Maintaining the sophisticated white and silver color palette throughout the venue.

An Elegant Timeless Ceremony

The ceremony space for this elegant Lotte Hotel wedding featured breathtaking tall calla lily arrangements that were just begging for attention. We positioned sleek glass cylinder vases filled with clusters of white calla lilies, creating floating focal points along the aisle. The ceremony backdrop showcased multiple tall arrangements, their clean lines complementing the venue’s impressive pipe organ. Dozens of pillar candles in varying heights added warmth and romance, their soft glow reflecting off the polished surfaces and creating an ethereal atmosphere perfect for exchanging vows.

The reception design for this elegant Lotte Hotel wedding balanced drama with intimacy. Round tables featured towering calla lily centerpieces, while long feasting tables showcased a more contemporary approach with individual calla lily stems in petite bud vases running the length of the table. Black linens and gold chivalry chairs provided striking contrast against the white florals. This event had very bold, modern aesthetic. Thoughtful details like travel destination -themed table numbers and sculptural arrangements with decorative grass elements added personalized touches that made this elegant Lotte Hotel wedding truly unforgettable.
