My Something Blue: A Timeless Seattle Love Story

This celebration at one of Seattle’s most loved venues showcased a timeless wedding in Seattle. The power of classic floral design and impeccable attention to detail. The Fairmont Olympic Hotel never disappoints when it comes to details and pictures, a perfect backdrop!

Sarah’s bridal bouquet epitomized timeless elegance! With garden roses, delicate ranunculus, and touches of blue delphinium, the style complemented her intricate lace gown perfectly.

The bridesmaids carried complementary bouquets in coordinating blue gowns, the perfect something blue.

A Timeless Wedding & Breathtaking Backdrop

The ceremony space was nothing short of spectacular. Against the venue’s magnificent floor-to-ceiling arched windows, we created a show-stopping floral arch using hundreds of white and blush roses. This stunning arch served as the perfect backdrop for the couple’s vows. Also creating an Instagram-worthy moment that guests will remember forever.

The aisle was lined with romantic floral arrangements and candles. Each arrangement combined garden roses, ranunculus, and delicate blue accents, while tall hurricane candles created a warm, inviting atmosphere. The perfect embodiment of timeless yet contemporary aesthetic.

A Luxurious Engagement Party at Lake Washington

When this couple envisioned their dream engagement celebration, they chose the breathtaking shores of Lake Washington as their backdrop. This luxurious engagement party at Lake Washington perfectly showcased how floral design can transform a waterfront venue into an unforgettable experience.

We designed the evening’s centerpieces with a romantic palette of coral dahlias, blush roses, and deep burgundy blooms. These colors added warmth and elegance to each table. While floating candles created an intimate feeling with ambient light throughout the reception space.

Dramatic Waterfront Engagement

Dramatic crystal chandeliers, installed by LightSmiths, suspended over long dining tables elevated the lakefront setting. The interplay between the sparkling fixtures and our garden-style arrangements featuring created layers of visual interest that captivated guests. Vibrant and Colorful Olympic Rooftop Wedding in Ballard 

When Elizabeth and Samuel envisioned their perfect vibrant and colorful Olympic Rooftop Wedding in Ballard, they dreamed of bold colors, dramatic florals, and breathtaking Seattle views. Their vibrant Olympic Rooftop wedding in Ballard delivered all of this and more, creating an unforgettable celebration that perfectly captured their joyful personalities.

Elizabeth’s bridal bouquet was a stunning masterpiece of seasonal blooms that set the tone for the entire celebration. We designed her bouquet with vibrant orange poppies, deep burgundy peonies, and soft purple roses, creating a rich tapestry of colors. The mix of textures from the petals of the poppies to the full peonies created such a lush bouquet. For their romantic portraits, the couple took advantage of the natural light filtering through the trees, with Elizabeth’s colorful bouquet serving as the perfect pop of color against her classic white gown. The pearl-detailed veil added an elegant touch that beautifully complemented the organic, garden-style florals.

Vibrant and Colorful Ceremony

The ceremony space at the Olympic Rooftop in Ballard was transformed into a botanical wonderland. Our team created a dramatic overhead installation featuring hundreds of individual blooms suspended from the glass ceiling structure. Roses, stock flowers, and seasonal foliage cascaded down at varying lengths, creating an immersive floral canopy that guests walked through to reach their seats. The ceremony arrangements continued this lush aesthetic with towering designs placed on sleek lucite stands, featuring the same colorful palette of oranges, purples, and deep burgundies. Crystal chandeliers nestled among the hanging flowers, adding glamorous sparkle. While the floor-to-ceiling windows provided stunning views of the Seattle skyline as the perfect backdrop.

Vibrant and Colorful Olympic Rooftop Wedding in Ballard 

The reception design seamlessly flowed from the ceremony into an intimate dining experience. The seating chart by Impress Ink Design was a purple mountainscape design inspired by the PNW outdoors. Long tables were adorned with an eclectic mix of colorful arrangements in clusters of bud vases. Orange dahlias, blue delphiniums, and purple blooms created stunning tablescapes encapsulating the wedding’s vibrant color story. The hanging floral installation continued to create ambiance throughout the evening, with the Olympic Rooftop’s signature glass ceiling allowing natural light to filter through. This vibrant Olympic Rooftop wedding in Ballard perfectly showcased how bold floral choices can transform a modern venue into a magical garden celebration.

A Glamorous White Wedding At The Admiral’s House Seattle

This glamorous white wedding at The Admiral’s House Seattle is everything you want a sunny summer wedding to be! Bright, cheerful, and romantic. This couple focused on customizing their special day. The signage, dog cookies, and guest board were the perfect shades of white and blue. We designed all of the florals arrangements with delicate blue delphinium and sweet pea, lush white hydrangea and lilies, and large vibrant greenery. The Admiral’s House Seattle looks over the Seattle skyline and Puget Sound.

Tables lined with stem candles and lush garlands of white hydrangeas greet the guests as they entered the reception tent at The Admiral’s House Seattle. We designed lush floral arrangements with lush white hydrangeas, delicate trailing orchids, and blue delphinium. The couple walked through the reception tent with their precious dog. Their smile and reaction to the setup warms our heart and makes us so happy! This glamorous white wedding was an event filled with love and laughter. The June timing allowed for peak availability of hydrangeas and delphiniums, both stars of this color palette, providing a romantic fullness that anchored each arrangement.

An Elegant Birthday Bash at The Fairmont Olympic Hotel

Creating an elegant birthday bash, a night of blush and blooms, at The Fairmont Olympic was magical. A sophisticated affair that balanced youthful charm with timeless elegance. The romantic palette of soft pinks and creamy whites, perfectly complementing the hotel’s warm wood paneling and gilded accents. For the lounge area, delicate arrangements of roses centered the coffee tables. The warm amber lighting of chandeliers cast the most beautiful glow over our arrangements.

How can the real showstopper be the front of the space? The floral installation framing the entryway staircase. Hundreds of roses in varying shades of blush and cream created a lovely trial up to the foyer. We lined the stairway railings with lush garden roses, peonies, and ranunculus.

What made this event particularly special was honoring the transition from childhood to young adulthood. The floral design reflected this beautiful moment—sophisticated enough for the elegant venue, yet the fresh excitement of turning sixteen.

A Night of Blush & Bloom: Creating an Elegant Birthday Bash at The Fairmont Olympic Hotel

Transforming the Spanish Ballroom for an elegant birthday bash at The Fairmont Olympic Hotel was truly a canvas come to life. A dream-like garden for a sweet sixteen, a classic cream and blush palette perfectly complementing the venue’s timeless architecture.

Guests entered the Spanish Ballroom, greeted with plush white seating adorned with blush pillows. We designed statement floral arrangements for each lounge space. Each showcasing roses, peonies, and ranunculus in varying shades of pink, all nestled among lush greenery.

The ballroom’s magnificent chandeliers provided the perfect lighting, casting a warm glow over the celebration.

We live for these milestone celebrations as floral designers—creating spaces where memories are made and every petal tells part of the story. The Fairmont Olympic’s timeless elegance provided the perfect backdrop for a sweet sixteen that was both thoroughly modern and classically beautiful.

A Dramatic Novelty Hill Wedding

This dramatic Novelty Hill Wedding was an absolute dream to design. Everything from the textured greenery and volume in the personal florals, to the candlelit autumn trees in the ceremony garden, to the dramatic ceiling installations above each reception table. Guests walked from one breathtaking space to another. We had a hard time choosing from the vast gallery of stunning photos that Kimberly with Into Dust Photography captured.

The wearable florals for the bride and groom were nothing short of mesmerizing. Designed with cascading amaranthus, delicate fern, and loops of grass, the vast range of shades and textures really emphasizes the dramatic effect.

A Dramatic Novelty Hill Sunset Ceremony

From the golden hour before sunset to the dark where the candles flicker, the ceremony space transforms. As guests enter the space enveloped with autumn leaves and trees, the sun slowly sets and the fairy lights and candles light up the space in a whole new way. The bride and groom take their vows in the final light of the sun and kiss as the sun bids its farewell. The night of celebration is just getting started and the guests are entirely unaware of the dramatic Novelty Hill wedding reception they’re about to step into.

A Reception Under Cascading Greenery & Floating Lights

As guests walk into this dramatic Novelty Hills wedding reception, they are greeted with low hanging greenery installations. A variety of greenery, including ferns, amaranthus, and Italian ruscus, were used to design these thick lush installations. Some installations had an addition of lilies hanging along the greenery. All of this made further magical with floating candles. Delicate floral arrangements and bud vases accompanied with votives and taper candles lined the receptions tables. Floating lights and greenery from above and candlelight and delicate florals below. Dramatic beautiful florals and designs surrounded the guests as they enjoyed toasts and cheers.

A Moment Alone Under The Stars

Our lovely couple took a moment from all the celebrating and guests to enjoy the romantic candlelit garden space. We love an intimate moment where the couple can really take in their big day and enjoy the reason behind all of the celebration, their love. The couple enters their new season as husband and wife with the turning of the fall leaves. As all the noice quiets and they are able to take a breath, in the quiet romance of it all, they celebrate their love.
